Warranty
WARRANTY POLICY
The manufacturer (not the Seller) guarantees that the products sold hereunder shall be free from material or workmanship defects as per the manufacturer’s standard warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is the sole and complete warranty applicable to the products supplied by the Seller. The Seller does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind. Any warranties by or against the Seller, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressed, implied, or arising by law, trade usage, or course of dealing, are explicitly disclaimed. In particular, the Buyer waives any warranty claims against the Seller for hidden defects.
Products that have been designed or manufactured entirely or partially based on the Buyer’s specifications do not fall under any warranty coverage.
The Seller assigns to the Buyer any warranty claims it holds against the manufacturer concerning the products sold. If available, a copy of the manufacturer’s written warranty is typically provided before or at the time of delivery. However, if the Buyer has not received a copy of the written warranty, the Seller will, upon request, obtain and forward a copy to the Buyer.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY
The Seller’s liability concerning the items sold under this contract shall be strictly limited to one of the following remedies, at the Seller’s sole discretion:
- Arrangement for repair
- Replacement of parts or components
- Replacement of the product (or an equivalent item)
- Refund of the Buyer’s purchase amount
Under no circumstances shall the Seller be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits arising from or related to this contract, the sold or delivered goods, or any other associated circumstances.
